Both individuals and legal entities can invest on the groopy platform. User must be 18 years and above age, but the user must have a valid Aadhar, PAN and active bank account.

The most common reasons why identity verification fails are related to:

Mobile Number Veriifcation
Photo quality – the photo may be too dark, blurry, or the face/document is not clearly visible.
Aadhar and PAN card details not provided.
Mismatched data – the contact or personal details provided during registration do not match those in the official document. For example, the first or last name is entered without Lithuanian characters.

To ensure a smooth identity verification process, we recommend:

provide valid mobile phone number, Aadhar and PAN Card
Make sure the document is clearly visible – all parts of it must be captured, not distorted, and without reflections.
Remove any foreign objects or people from the background – only you and your document should be visible in the photo.
Enter your personal details accurately during registration – write your first and last name with all Lithuanian characters, exactly as shown in your document.
